As soon as your credit card payment is approved you will have
access to a web page where the package can be downloaded as a
ZIP file. A link will also be sent to you by e-mail.

I don't have Microsoft Word.
All of the documents are also supplied in Rich Text (RTF) file
format which is supported by most word processors. WordPad can
also be used but some formatting information may be lost.
